Central Carolina Auto Glass warrants installation of new auto glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the limited warranty. Any defects caused by installation error, for example wind noise, water leaks, loose moldings, etc. will at the option of Central Carolina Auto Glass be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited warranty is in force for as long as you own the vehicle. This limited warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by preexisting rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impacts with foreign objects. Repair or replacement under this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Central Carolina Auto Glass's will is to repair or replace the vehicle glass installed. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. Central Carolina Auto Glass makes no other warranties of any kind. Attempt to repair the vehicle glass by anyone other than Central Carolina Auto Glass automatically voids this limited warranty. This is the entirety of the agreement and any oral or written statement concerning the vehicle glass installed inconsistent with this limited warranty shall be of no force or effect.
